Becoming a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York City has been a beautiful journey, one that goes beyond just food, emotions and exercise. It’s an honor to support others in creating a life that feels full and vibrant.
Every day, I am reminded of the power of small, meaningful changes and the incredible transformations that unfold when we honor our unique needs and follow our inner compass toward balance and wellness.What drew me to IIN was its philosophy of “primary” and “secondary” foods. This approach taught me that true wellness goes far deeper than what’s on our plates; it’s about how we’re fed by our relationships, work, movement, and spirituality and bodies. I’ve come to understand that when we nourish these areas of our lives, the whole person begins to thrive. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients on this journey, helping them create harmony between the different aspects of their lives.
As a holistic health coach for those looking to transform their health, I work one-on-one with individuals, supporting them to make positive, sustainable changes. What I love most is that my approach isn’t one-size-fits-all. Instead, I focus on bio-individuality, understanding that each person is unique and needs a tailored path to wellness. My approach is about honoring each person’s distinct needs, creating space for deep listening, and helping them find what truly works for them. I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported in their journey to health, and it brings me such joy to be part of that process.
Through IIN’s teachings, I’ve learned that we are deeply connected beings. Our health is influenced by our thoughts, our connections, our sense of purpose, and even our environment. When I work with clients, I look at the whole person. Together, we explore not just what they’re eating but how they’re living, what brings them joy, and what might be holding them back from feeling their best. Often, clients find that shifting their focus from strict diet rules to mindful, heart-centered living allows them to feel more balanced and fulfilled.
It’s a true honor to share what I’ve learned with others, both through my individual sessions and my corporate workshops.
